Opinions CLS Idiomas – Evaluation of the participants
At CLS we know the real opinions of our participants thanks to the quality surveys that you fill out to assess your level of satisfaction not only at the end of your English course abroad but also during it.
The opinions reflected in the surveys are of the utmost importance to us as they help us to identify the strengths and points for improvement of each of the courses in addition to our attention in general.

Global rating of our courses: 9.18 / 10 points Overall rating of the care received: 9/15 points 98.1% of customers would recommend CLS to family or friendsBeyond the good evaluations obtained, we also received suggestions from some participants who consider that there are certain points that can be improved.
All opinions are fundamental, but the latter are possibly the most valuable as they help us to identify possible weaknesses on which we must work.
